Introduction

  1. Copper Stainless Steel Clad Plate is a bimetal composite that bonds a copper layer to stainless steel through roll‑bonding and diffusion bonding. The copper side offers excellent thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity, and a premium decorative finish, while the stainless steel side provides high strength, corrosion resistance, and good formability. This combination is widely used in architectural façades and interior panels, high‑end cookware and kitchen equipment, heat exchangers, electrical and electronic components, and decorative industrial parts where both performance and appearance are important.

We provide fully customizable Copper Stainless Steel Clad Plates, including total thickness, Cu/SS layer ratio, base grades (such as 304/304L/316L stainless with high‑conductivity copper), sheet size, and surface finish (brushed, mirror, patterned, or embossed). The plates feature strong metallurgical bonding, good machinability, and suitability for cutting, bending, stamping, and welding. Optional surface treatments and protective films are available to enhance corrosion resistance and protect the decorative copper surface during fabrication and installation.     Bonding Method Solid‑state roll bonding (explosion or hot‑roll bonding also available from some producers) followed by thermal treatment/diffusion bonding to form a continuous, high‑strength metallurgical interface between copper and stainless
    Interface Quality High bonding strength, uniform cladding, low interface resistance, and good shear/peel strength, suitable for cookware, heat exchangers, architectural and electrical applications
