Custom Titanium Electrode
はじめに
- This pure titanium cathode plate with handle is made from high‑quality Grade 1 or Grade 2 titanium, offering excellent corrosion resistance, low weight, and good mechanical strength. It is designed specifically for use as a cathode in electrolysis, electroplating/electropolishing, seawater and wastewater treatment, electrolytic cleaning, and various laboratory or pilot electrochemical cells. The flat plate geometry ensures uniform current distribution, while the integrated handle makes installation, removal and electrical connection simple and reliable.

All specifications can be customized, including plate length, width, thickness, titanium grade, and surface finish (pickled, brushed, polished, etc.). The handle length, diameter and shape (straight or bent) can be tailored to your reactor, with options for partially insulated sections, welded tabs or lugs, and pre‑drilled mounting holes. The electrode can also be supplied as part of a matched anode–cathode set, making this pure Ti cathode plate with handle a flexible solution for both R&D and industrial electrochemical applications.
