Recently, OQITOP completed a customized extra-large circular copper wire mesh for one of our long-term university customers in Chile.
The copper mesh was specially manufactured for a filtration research project, with a finished diameter of 1170 mm. Due to its unusually large size and circular shape, this product required customized production, cutting, inspection, and protective packaging.

Unlike standard copper mesh supplied in rolls or rectangular sheets, this project required a large circular mesh that could match the dimensions of the customer’s filtration equipment.
Extra-Large Customized Copper Mesh
A diameter of 1170 mm is significantly larger than the dimensions normally used for laboratory mesh products.
For a copper mesh of this size, maintaining the correct circular shape, mesh uniformity, flatness, and overall structural stability is especially important.
During production, we carefully controlled the cutting and handling process to reduce unnecessary deformation and ensure that the finished mesh met the customer’s dimensional requirements.
The large effective mesh area makes this type of product suitable for customized filtration, screening, separation, experimental equipment, and other research applications.
