Custom Titanium Mesh Electrode
Introdução
- This ruthenium–iridium coated titanium mesh electrode with handle is designed as a high‑efficiency anode for electrolysis, water treatment, chlorine generation, sodium hypochlorite production, and laboratory electrochemical experiments. The base material is high‑purity titanium (e.g. Gr1/Gr2), providing excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, while the Ru–Ir MMO catalytic coating ensures low overpotential, high current efficiency, and long service life in harsh electrolyte environments such as chloride, seawater, and various industrial solutions.
-
The mesh size, titanium grade, handle length, diameter and bending shape, as well as coating type and loading, can all be customized according to drawings or process requirements. The mesh structure offers large effective surface area and good mass transfer, making it suitable for both small laboratory cells and pilot/industrial systems. Optional insulated sections on the handle, welded tabs, and pre‑drilled mounting holes are available to match different power connections and reactor designs.
