- We specialize in custom machining of shaped titanium electrodes according to your drawings, samples, or process requirements. Using Grade 1 / Grade 2 titanium and other Ti alloys on request, we manufacture complex 2D and 3D geometries such as curved plates, stepped plates, rings, frames, baskets, tubular and multi‑hole structures, as well as special mounting and connection features. CNC cutting, bending, drilling, welding and surface preparation are all carried out to tight tolerances, ensuring stable current distribution, easy installation and reliable sealing in your cells or reactors.

Electrodes can be supplied as bare titanium or as finished anodes/cathodes with professional coatings including MMO (Ru–Ir, Ir–Ta, etc.), platinum, PbO₂, Sn–Sb, Ti sub‑oxide and others. Size, thickness, shape, hole pattern, tabs, busbars, handles, and insulation areas are fully customizable to match chlor‑alkali, sodium hypochlorite, electro‑winning, electroplating, water treatment, electro‑synthesis and R&D applications. OEM/ODM service, small trial batches and mass production are all available, helping you get electrodes that fit your equipment exactly and improve service life and energy efficiency.
