Introduction

  1. This iridium–tantalum coated titanium electrode is engineered as a durable MMO (mixed metal oxide) anode for demanding electrochemical processes, including chlor‑alkali production, electro‑winning, electroplating, cathodic protection, and industrial wastewater treatment. The high‑purity titanium substrate (typically Grade 1 or Grade 2) provides excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, while the Ir–Ta oxide coating offers low chlorine/oxygen evolution overpotential, high current efficiency, and long service life under continuous operation. Compared with traditional graphite or lead‑based anodes, Ir–Ta titanium electrodes deliver higher stability, cleaner operation, and more consistent electrochemical performance.
  2. All key parameters can be customized, such as electrode shape (plate, mesh, rod, tube, disc, or special shape), dimensions, titanium grade and thickness, Ir–Ta coating type and loading, and surface finish. Optional welded tabs, busbars, mounting holes, frames, and insulated sections are available to match your reactor design and electrical connection requirements. This customizable Ir–Ta titanium electrode is suitable for both laboratory research and large‑scale industrial systems, providing reliable, energy‑efficient operation in a wide range of electrolysis and electrochemical treatment applications.
