Introduction

  1. This titanium disc electrode is made from high‑quality Grade 1 or Grade 2 titanium, featuring excellent corrosion resistance, low weight and good mechanical strength. The round disc design provides a well‑defined geometric area, making it ideal for electrochemical testing, water electrolysis, electroplating/electropolishing, corrosion studies, fuel cell and battery research, as well as general lab and pilot‑scale electrolysis. It can be used as an anode, cathode or inert current collector, and can also serve as a substrate for various catalytic coatings such as Pt, Ru–Ir, Ir–Ta, PbO₂, etc.
  2. All key parameters can be customized, including disc diameter, thickness, titanium grade, surface finish (as‑rolled, pickled, polished), and edge treatment (chamfered, drilled, with tab or stem). Optional holes, slots, welded leads, threaded stems and insulation sections are available to suit different fixtures and cell designs. The titanium disc electrode can be supplied as single pieces or as matched electrode sets according to your drawings, providing a flexible solution for both R&D laboratories and industrial electrochemical systems.
