Custom Titanium Mesh Electrode
Introducción
- This pure titanium mesh electrode is made from high‑quality Grade 1 or Grade 2 titanium, offering excellent corrosion resistance, low weight, and good mechanical strength. The open mesh structure provides a large effective surface area and smooth electrolyte flow, making it suitable for use as either anode or cathode in electrolysis, electroplating/electropolishing, electrochemical filtration, seawater and wastewater treatment, and various laboratory electrochemical cells. In many systems it can be used directly as an inert support or current collector for other active coatings or materials.
-
All key parameters can be customized, including titanium grade and thickness, mesh opening size and pattern, overall dimensions, and edge treatment (framed, welded, flattened, or cut to shape). The mesh can be supplied as flat sheets, rolls, discs, or special‑shaped electrodes according to drawings. Optional welding tabs, busbars, mounting holes and assemblies are available to match your reactor design and power connection requirements, making this pure Ti mesh electrode a flexible solution for both R&D and industrial applications.
