Custom Titanium Electrode
Introducción
- This ruthenium–iridium coated titanium electrode is designed as a high‑efficiency MMO (mixed metal oxide) anode for electrolysis, chlor‑alkali processes, sodium hypochlorite generation, electroplating, cathodic protection, and industrial wastewater treatment. The high‑purity titanium substrate (typically Grade 1 or Grade 2) provides excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, while the Ru–Ir catalytic coating offers low chlorine/oxygen evolution overpotential, high current efficiency, and long service life even under high current density and in harsh chloride or acidic electrolytes. Compared with traditional graphite or lead‑based anodes, Ru–Ir Ti electrodes deliver cleaner operation, more stable performance, and lower maintenance.
-
All key parameters can be customized, including electrode shape (plate, mesh, tube, rod, disc, special shape), dimensions, titanium grade and thickness, Ru–Ir coating composition and loading, and surface finish. Optional welded tabs, busbars, frames, mounting holes, and insulated sections are available to match your reactor design and electrical connection requirements. This customizable Ru–Ir titanium electrode is suitable for both laboratory research and large‑scale industrial systems, providing reliable, energy‑efficient operation in a wide range of electrochemical applications.
