Introducción

  1. Titanium mesh electrodes have many outstanding properties. They can be widely used in chlor-alkali production, sodium hypochlorite and ozone generation, electroplating and electrolysis, cathodic protection, electro-winning of non‑ferrous metals, wastewater and seawater treatment, electrochemical disinfection, fuel cells, electrolysis water for hydrogen, and various laboratory and pilot test systems. They are suitable for both compact cell designs and large-scale continuous production lines.
  2. They offer very high corrosion resistance in acid, alkali, and saline environments, low weight, good electrical conductivity when properly coated, excellent mechanical strength, and stable electrochemical performance with long service life. Titanium mesh electrodes are easy to cut, bend, weld, and frame, making them ideal for customized shapes and structures. With MMO (mixed metal oxide), platinum, iridium–ruthenium or other catalytic coatings, they provide low overpotential, high current efficiency, and energy savings. Titanium is biocompatible, recyclable, and non‑toxic, making titanium mesh electrodes a reliable and cost‑effective choice for demanding industrial and environmental applications.
