Introduction

  1. This pure titanium plate electrode is manufactured from high‑quality Grade 1 or Grade 2 titanium, offering excellent corrosion resistance, low weight, and good mechanical strength. It can be used as either anode or cathode in water electrolysis, electroplating/electropolishing, seawater and wastewater treatment, electrolytic cleaning, and a wide range of laboratory electrochemical cells. The flat plate design ensures uniform current distribution and easy installation in both parallel‑plate and tubular reactors, and it can also serve as a robust current collector or substrate for various catalytic coatings.
  2. All parameters are customizable, including titanium grade, thickness, length, width, surface finish (pickled, brushed, polished), and edge treatment (rounded, drilled, framed, or welded). Plates can be supplied as rectangular, square, round or special‑shaped electrodes according to drawings. Optional welded tabs, busbars, mounting holes, and insulated sections are available to match your power connection and reactor design, making this pure Ti plate electrode a flexible solution for both R&D and industrial electrochemical applications.
