Custom Titanium Mesh Electrode
はじめに
- This lead dioxide (PbO₂) coated titanium mesh electrode with handle is designed for high‑oxidation electrochemical applications such as wastewater treatment, organic pollutant degradation, electro‑synthesis, and advanced oxidation processes. The titanium substrate (e.g. Gr1/Gr2) provides good mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, while the PbO₂ coating offers very high oxygen evolution overpotential and strong oxidative capability, enabling efficient degradation of persistent organics and color removal. The mesh structure increases active surface area and mass transfer, helping to improve current efficiency in both laboratory and pilot/industrial cells.

All key parameters can be customized, including titanium grade and thickness, mesh opening size and pattern, PbO₂ coating thickness, handle length, diameter and shape (straight or bent), as well as the design of electrical connections (tabs, lugs, mounting holes, partially insulated handle). Different underlayer systems (such as Sn–Sb or other conductive interlayers on Ti) can be selected to enhance adhesion and service life according to your process conditions. This PbO₂–Ti mesh anode with handle is suitable for use in many acidic and neutral electrolytes, providing strong oxidation performance for demanding electrochemical treatment tasks.
