Custom Titanium Mesh Electrode
Einführung
- This iridium coated titanium nail electrode is designed as a compact, high‑stability anode for electrolysis, electrochemical research, small‑scale reactors, and laboratory test cells. The titanium substrate (e.g. Grade 1 / Grade 2) offers excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, while the iridium‑based MMO catalytic coating provides low chlorine/oxygen evolution overpotential, high current efficiency, and long service life in harsh electrolytes, including acidic and chloride‑containing solutions. Its nail / pin shape allows easy insertion into small cells, tubular reactors, and custom jigs where conventional plate or mesh electrodes are difficult to install.
-
All key parameters can be customized, including titanium grade, nail length and diameter, head shape, coating type (Ir or Ir–Ta MMO) and loading, as well as connection style (threaded end, welded lead, lug, or bare shank). The electrode can be supplied as a single nail or as an array mounted on a custom holder to match your reactor design. This Ir–Ti nail electrode is suitable for use in laboratory experiments, pilot equipment, and special electrochemical devices requiring a compact, durable, and highly active anode.
